Your current website stays

The portal is added to your site, it does not replace it. It carries your colours, your name and your navigation, and is reached from a button on your pages: residents see a single site. No work is required from your current supplier, and no existing contract needs reopening. The day you rebuild your site, the portal follows without being rebuilt.

This is not off-the-shelf software

Request types, form fields, approval paths and receiving departments are set to match how you work — not the other way around. If your municipality handles a request differently from the town next door, the portal is what adapts. That is the whole difference between software you buy and a tool you have built.

Pricing

$22,000 for the complete portal, delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, training and documentation included.

Hosting and maintenance — on our Montréal infrastructure, with daily backups, monitoring, security patches, platform updates and support. Assessed case by case according to the population served, in the same proposal as the portal.

No per-user fees. No per-request fees. Volume-based pricing penalises the municipality whose portal residents actually adopt.

Available as add-ons: interactive territory map, enhanced accessibility and audit, integration with your existing systems, activity registration, facility booking, permits with online payment, citizen mobile app. Add-ons and their fees are assessed case by case, according to what you want them to do and to what you already have in place.

Your data stays yours

It is kept in Québec, on infrastructure we operate in Montréal — a direct contribution to your Law 25 compliance. You can export it at any time, on request, in an open format. Source code can be handed over if the contract requires it.
